Owner-operator. Redfield native. 20+ years in the trade. Built this company to do HVAC the right way — honest work, fair prices, and no upsells.
I started Tigges Comfort Services in 2021 right here in Redfield, Iowa. After spending 20 years working for established HVAC companies in the Des Moines area, I decided it was time to bring that experience back home to serve my own community.
Those two decades in the field taught me something important: there's no substitute for doing the job right the first time. Whether it's a routine maintenance call or an emergency repair on the coldest day of winter, I approach every project with the same commitment to quality that I'd want for my own family.
Redfield isn't just where I work — it's where I live, where my kids grew up and went to school, and where my neighbors have become lifelong friends. Family, Community & a Little Iowa Optimism
When I'm not working on heating and cooling systems, you'll find me volunteering at local events or playing proud father to my daughter Cam and my son Carson. And at my side, my amazing wife Jen, who has been incredibly supportive as we've built this business together. Without these three people along with my extended family, Tigges Comfort Services may never have been born.
I still make time for the simple pleasures too — casting a line when the fish are biting, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and, yes, enduring another Vikings season with eternal optimism. SKOL!
